Past work
From board-level AI strategies to collaborative team pilots, a track record built over two decades at the frontier of technology and media.

The methodology behind successful innovation at scale: industry research, organisational buy-in, team workshops, structured frameworks for testing ideas, and a track record of scaling pilots into permanent products and services.
Led strategy and launch for ABC listen, ABC KIDS listen and ABC Life, plus digital and social reinventions for established brands including ABC Classic and Museums of History NSW (formerly Historic Houses Trust).
A podcast incubator that discovered and launched Science Vs and grew into ABC Audio Studios, commissioning hit podcasts Unravel True Crime and Ladies, We Need To Talk, alongside conversational interface design and podcast distribution partnerships.
Pitching, devising and scaling a new commissioning model that produced viral social content from experts across arts, science, food and comedy, plus the launch of a TikTok presence as part of a wider strategy to grow younger audiences.
